• How much is the postage?

  • It costs 1,100 yen as shipping fee for sending/receiving. Please put the items included in the letter pack, and post it to a nearby mailbox until the return date.

• What is the payment method?

  • This site only deals with credit card payments.

• How do I select my rental period?

  • The rental period shall be from the day when rental products have arrived in the hands of customers, until the day when the procedure of return is done. Even if products could not be received, rental fees will be charged as well.
    “The delivery data” is your scheduled arrival date. It will be delivered to airport post offices or hotels prior to your arrival.

• Return is until when?

  • Please put the included items in the letter pack and post it to a nearby mailbox until 10 o’clock on the morning of the day following return date. If mailing is not possible because mailbox is too small, please bring to a post office counter.

• When will be the earliest date for delivery?

  • The earliest delivery date is 2 days after your order. Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

• What accessories come with the devices?

  • We will include an AC adapter and a USB cable for charging a battery.

• Are there communication restrictions?

  • When a large amount of communication occurs in a certain period of time, such as 50GB per month, there is a communication restriction in order to maintain a sustainable utilization environment for other users.

• What is the cost if the device is lost?

  • The total amount is 36,300 Yen.
